Abstract EN

Our research aimed to measure the impact of the entrepreneur leader on crisis management at the Sonelgaz Foundation of Relizane.

In order to achieve its objective and to test its hypotheses validity, a questionnaire has been prepared to collect data from the director and departments' responsible.

Where 40 questionnaires were distributed to the research sample, and 30 questionnaires were retrieved (75% of the distributed questionnaires).

We reached several results, the most important of which is that there is a statistically significant effect of some characteristics of the entrepreneur leader in crisis management, and that the ability to control oneself was one of the most important characteristics in managing crises according to the views of the respondents.
