يهدف البحث إلى دراسة و تحليل تطور أسعار البترول و تأثيرها على السياسة النقدية بالجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2018) و لهذا الغرض تم الاستعانة بالدراسات السابقة مع استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي Eviews9 لإيجاد العلاقة السببية بين متغيرات الدراسة (سعر البترول التضخم الكتلة النقدية القاعدة النقدية ) من خلال طريقة المربعات الصغرى للانحدار المتعدد وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدم فعالية السياسة النقدية بالجزائر في كل المراحل (انتعاش و ركود أسعار النفط) بسبب عدم رشادة قراراتها و التي انعكست على الوضع الاجتماعي و السياسي مشيرة إلى مستويات عالية من الفساد
Abstract EN
The research aims to study and analyze the development of oil prices and their impact on monetary policy in Algeria during the period (1990-2018).
For this purpose, previous studies were used with the use of the Eviews9 statistical program to find the causal relationship between the study variables (oil price, inflation, monetary mass, monetary base) Through the method of the least squares of multiple regression, the study concluded that the monetary policy in Algeria is ineffective at all stages (the recovery and stagnation of oil prices) due to the lack of rationalization of its decisions, which were reflected on the social and political situation indicating high levels of corruption
