Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to highlight the contribution of internal communication as a tool to assist the organizational changes, the study was conducted by Algeria Telecom in Mascara unit, the later knew a number of organizational changes in recent years, particulary a very important structural change in its culture, its systems, as well as the functions, powers and responsibilities of its human resources.

We could detect the existence of a positive impact of internal communication in the success of organizational change.

We can not reach the purposes without effective internal communication.
