Public administration needs to integrate its internal and external social responsibility to achieve global performance and contribute to sustainable development, therefore, through this study we try to clarify the impact of social responsibility on the overall performance of the municipality, taking the municipality of Saida as a place of study, So that we developed a questionnaire to reveal the reality of social responsibility in the municipality of Saida towards the interests of internal and external stakeholders, and the global performance ,the sample of the study consisted of 63 employees who were selected randomly and at all administrative levels in the municipality, the data were compiled and analyzed using the spss program, to confirm the existence of an effect between the variables of the study,on the RSO side, the municipality achieves an average commitment to internal stakeholders and is high for those who are out of it, this is reflected in its global performance
