Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to highlight the role of information technology and communication in improving the performance of faculty members at the faculty of economic, commercial and management sciences at the university of Algiers 3, where we distributed 75 questionnaire forms, 69 of which were valid for statistical processing.

The study found that the level of use of information technology and communication with the institution of study is average, while the evaluation of the faculty members of their level of performance, whether research or teching or their role towards the community is high.

The study also found that the use of information and communication technology contributes (1.4-4.2-0.2)%, resspectively, in improving the teaching performance of the study sample members and their service to the community.
