Abstract EN

This research aims at revealing the way of investing folklore in Algerian theatrical work, with the aim of rooting an authentic Algerian theater free from the effects of the French school, which is rooted in the various branches of national popular culture, which expresses the elements of the national identity of the society.

The placement process is carried out by inviting heritage figures who are welcomed and promoted by the Algerian individual, and then exploit the raw heritage contents valid for contemporary intellectual life in the texts of the plays, after being shipped with contemporary visions and ideas, in order to criticize various aspects of daily life, to reach the hopes and aspirations of the individual, and to develop the future.

This is done in a way that the audience interacts with the narrator during the narration process, ensuring entertainment, pleasure and domestication.
