The school building is often transmitting a message to the learners through the architectural language and design standards That may play the role of suppressing of the desires and needs of the pupils socially, educationally and psychologically, and do not make the feelings of safe and secure if there is no harmony between the individual and the building.The urban and physical design of the school environment that does not meet the social educational and psychological needs leads to poor adaptation and interaction between the learner and the components of the school building and it is impact on mental and physical health.We aim through this research paper to highlight the reality of school building and to know the degree of school building responding to the social educational and psychological needs of learners in the educational environment, in addition to show the level of efficiency of the performance of the school building with its facilities and knowing the impact of not taking into account the needs of learners.
