This study aims to highlight the rhythmic requirement and semantic dimensions of the technique of presentation, and delay as a departure from the ideal rigor of the structure, and a rhetorical phenomenon that has its place in the rhetorical lesson in general, and the science of meanings in particular by showing its energies in building the poetic phrase by the creator and its capabilities in the act of reading to the recipient.
