Abstract EN

This article is aimed at addressing the issue of Ittibaa "The fact of following the footsteps of the previous pioneers" and Innovation in the ancient critical terminology.

In order to study this phenomenon, we decided to work on one specific book Kanoun albalara Abou Tahir al-Baghdadi 517AH.

Seeking accuracy, the study was limited to the second section of the aforementioned book.

The study is about defining Tahir's terminology, as well as terminology common between him, his former critics and contemporaries.
