The revolution of information and modern communications and the accompanying scientific and technological development has led to the emergence of fault, as a result of the illegal use of computer and Internet through technical means by users with bad intentions performing harmful actions to others that constitute a delictual fault via Internet that differs in its nature form the traditional delictual liability.

Due to the multiplicity of kind of electronic acts that constitute a delictual fault via internet, we will focus on the most common mistakes in digital environment like copyright infringement, violation of the right to privacy, violation of the right to image, violation of the right to reputation (electronic defamation).
