electronic commerce is considered one of the secretions of scientific and technological development, which affected the legal system of contracts، so there appeared so-called electronic contracts، which are contracts concluded between parties who do not know each other and do not not gather in the same place, hence the need to guarantee the confidence and security of contracting agents, to this fact by affecting the third neutral being called the performer of electronic certification services, which can be a natural or legal person who has the power to verify the signature report to its owner, and to issue reliable and trusted electronic certificates, in the event of exchange of any violation of the commitments entrusted to it,the law organizes the responsibility on its side,within the framework of this study, we propose to treat by a measurement of a definition in the light of the provisions of the law 04-15 which defines general rules relating to electronic signatures and authentication.
