هذا البحث هو محاولة تقف على المنعطف الذي أحدثه (يورغن هابرماس) في المسار الفكري للنظرية النقدية الاجتماعية و هو تحديد قدرة العقل على تحقيق الاندماج الاجتماعي و حتى لا تتأخر شروطه النظرية عن الواقع ربط (هابرماس) مفهومه عن الفعل التواصلي باعتباره فعل العقل مع السياسة لأنها ميدانه من خلال صياغته الإجرائية للديمقراطية

This research is an attempt to uncover the juncture that ( Jürgen Habermas ) created in the intellectual path of social critical theory, which is determining the ability of the mind to achieve social integration, and so that its theoretical conditions are not delayed from reality.
