Abstract EN

This study aims to treat the role of E- management, in supporting organizational performance indicators, in the municipality, especially in the municipality of "Ain benian in Algiers", by adopting the "case study" approach, and by using an "interview guide" directed to intentional sample of 30 responsible in the municipality under study, Then, the data obtained from the respondents will be analyzed qualitatively.

And The study reached to a set of results are: The Presence of a positive response to the principles of E-management by the municipality under study, reshaping the E-manangement the organizational performance of the municipality by re-engineering its administrative operations according to a digital system, the municipality achieves transparency in providing its services to citizens.
