Abstract EN

This study aimed to engage non-Muslims in hostilities, through the study of the texts of the Qur'an and the hadith of Prophet Mohammad in the light of the texts of scholars and opinions.

The study poses a problematic issue is how Limited is non-Muslim can make a military partnership with Muslims.

The study was based on the historical method.

The study resulted in numerous results, including: None of the scholars said that non-Muslims are permissible at all.

And that determining what is acceptable or not in the participation of non-Muslims in the military operations is controlled according to four conditions, namely: That there is a need for non-Muslims to participate, and that the partnership be based on trust and not betraying Muslims, and that this partnership be to preserve and support the state, The last condition is that the rule of Islam is in control.

Then the study concluded that entering into partnership with non-Muslims in war, subject to the approval of the leadership of the state, but after providing the previous conditions.
