Abstract EN

As a human phenomenon the war shows itself by a constant presence in the human history, a presence which marked the spirits by a double representation in human consciousness.

In the first place the war as the symbolism of the heroism, and in the second case, contrary to the first one, the war as the symbol of the evil in the world.

With this double contradictory representation, the war shows itself as a big ethical and moral problem, especially in the question of the justice.

For the "Realpolitik" visions, the war and the justice are two very different domains that you should not confuse them one to another.

On the other hand for the moralistic currents, the war is not an ethical phenomenon, symbolizing the pure evil.

Or it is considered by the theorists of the war just as the phenomenon which can justify itself only by means of the justice.

The war is just or not? Such is the question.

It is what this study tries to solve, one focusing on the moral Problematic which puts the war.
