The theme of our research is that, addresses the issue of religious difference and its impact on the purpose of the coalition.

The importance of the subject is increasing as the agreement among the members of the Islamic nation is one of the most important purposes of the Shari'a on the one hand, and the great number of differences and conflicts among the people of Sharia in our time on the other hand.

The purpose of these papers is to emphasize that the legitimate difference when the best deal with him was a servant of the Shari'a in general, and the unity of the nation and a coalition of individuals in particular, beginning with the talk about the wisdom of God to make difference in the life of people in matters of their world, and followed him by talking about religious difference, starting with the inevitability of occurrence as a requirement of natural difference, and the meaning of the difference in language and terminology, and then the types of difference and the legitimacy of the impact of each type on the Sharia in general and the unity of the nation and the coalition of members in particular, Then talk about ways to deal with the difference legitimate to enrich the Sharia and serve the unity of the nation, and concluded the research concluded by summarizing the findings and benefits.
