Abstract EN

This paper treats the problematic of religious values and generations in Algeria and it is a kind of an extension of surveys that was launched in Europe known as European value Surveys.

This latter represents an outline to our local study on the same subject.

But with different methodological approaches and research technics and theory that explains and interpret its data.

Our study is based on field research done in Algeria by local academic researchers.

The period of our field research is between June 25th and July 2nd on a sample of 529 in Oran district.

It treats two fundamental axes.

The first one is about religious indicators and its grades in order to know how our sample is committed with religious rites and mores due to sex and generation.

The second axe treats their attitudes and perceptions to different social political and economic matters.
