The subject of This paper Is an approach to the reality of the Relationship between Emir Abdelkader El Djezairiand the Algerian leader at.

the Ottoman establishment in West of Algerian(Beylek Elgherb).

Between the 1832and1847 and during the fight of Emir Abdelkader the french occupation, many leaders of the former Ottoman administration did not accept the new authority of Al Emir and made many troubles, the Algerian hitoriography describe them as traders and enemy's agent.

My study Is a new approach to This kind of conflicts which were between Emir and Haj Mohamed Oueld Sidi Laribi, who were the responsible of the Eastern Administration in Beylek Algharb, however this pape ris search on the political, sociological and mental structures, wich permisto the researcher to read this Relationship in its contextual and historical contexts.
