Abstract EN

This study aims to analyze the civilizational reality of the Islamic nation during the scientific, cultural and technological developments taking place at the global level, and the impact of the concept of globalization on the present and future of this nation, in the light of the perception that the Algerian thinker Malek ben Nabi brought in his project aimed at analyzing the problems of civilization, and proposing solutions to it.

The study has resulted in the classification of the Islamic nation as a backward nation if we adopt the assessment that Malek ben Nabi takes into account, giving that the real criterion by which the degree of civilization of nations is measured is their ability to form its culture that takes into account the elements of their identity.

And the Muslim's storming of the world today at the objective level proves the position of backwardness from the perspective of Malek ben Nabi and makes his thought current, and his study worthy and attracted, and why not adopting his proposals as a solution to get out of the crisis.
