The current research paper tried to discuss some principles of organizational structure, which is deemed to be an essential tool for the administration to construct appropriate organizational relationships.

This research attempted to elucidate the role of these principles in creating an organizational climate.

In addition to, analysing the effectiveness and impact of organizational structure in establishing a supportive organizational climate for work and for making organizational relations based on cooperation, coordination and participation.

Or, make inadequate organizational climate for work that may generate conflict, ambiguity, slackness and other negative behavioural attitudes at work.
