E-commerce is one of the secretions of the era of technology and communication, where technological development has led to the development of modern mechanisms that have allowed the emergence of a new type of contract, electronic contracts concluded remotely and through modern means of communication.

The private nature of these contracts, however, is done without the presence of the contracting parties, which has led to many problems, including the difficulty of verifying the identity and eligibility of the contractor, and thus the possibility of concluding the contract with short persons.
