Abstract EN

The problem of the study lies in the need to identify the most important problems and challenges and constraints faced by Faculty Members, and ways to address them from the perspective of professors at the University of Baghdad, and the importance of research comes from the fact that education is a basic need of every society.

A better education system can enhance the improvement of social, scientific and technological conditions of the country.

And the development of human resources of a country depends on the quality of education and its quality.

on the quality of education and its qualityThe present research aims to identify: 1- the problems that are facing Faculty Members on from the pointof view of themself.

2- statistically significant differences between Faculty Members according to the variable Specialization (scientific - humanity).

in their Problems Limits of the Research The present research is limited to professors who work at University of Baghdad and numbered (120), a university professor and scientific disciplines and different grades for the academic year) from (2018-2019) The distribution of a questionnaire containing a number of Problems facing Faculty Members in the academic programs, scientific research and financial allocations, training programs and infrastructure and the use of advanced technology, quality performance, and research found a number of problems facing Faculty Members and scientific research was in this light develop procedures to address these problems and work on them and reduce them in order to develop and improve the quality of the educational process, In the light of the obtained results of the research, and reaches many of recommendations and suggestions
