The current research goal is to display the factors that contributed to this example, and this year check the general example and verify the validity of the scale, and check the validity of the scale.

The apparent and constructive validity and the determination of consistency with the formula (Alpha-Cronbach) and my science (Boaziz, 2015) to measure the psychological image towards the guiding process and verify its validity and consistency, as for the measure of performance evaluation, I obtained the form of the educational guide evaluation form.1- The model used is appropriate for the data of the two independent variables (characteristics and trends) and the dependent variable (performance).2- The independent variables together interpreted approximately 3 and 57% of the variance of the dependent variable3- Psychological attitudes contributed significantly to 9 and 39% of performance4- Personality traits contributed 7 and 46% to performance5- Rejecting the null hypothesis because the contribution was significant in terms of the T value6- The researcher formulated a predictive equation to predict the level of the leader's performance in standard regression coefficients (share ratios)It concluded with recommendations, including the adoption of the predictive equation in estimating the degree of evaluation of the psychological counselor.
