The research aimed at (revealing the level of knowledge economy among the teachers of Arabic language teachers in the primary stage, and revealing the level of psychological differentiation among the teachers, and revealing the relationship between the level of knowledge economy and psychological differentiation.

Choosing a random sample of (75) female teachers, the researcher built two measurement tools, the first to measure the knowledge economy variable and the second to measure the psychological differentiation variable and after statistically treating the data the researcher reached the following results: There is a statistically significant difference between the hypothesis and the arithmetic mean of the parameters on the tool of knowledge economy, and thus rejects the null hypothesis and accepts the alternative hypothesis.

- There is a statistically significant difference between the hypothesis and the arithmetic mean of the parameters on the psychological differentiation tool, thus rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis.

There is a high correlation between the two variables of the knowledge economy and psychological differentiation, thus rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis.
