Abstract EN

This research aims at identifying the most important impacts of globalization on the competitiveness of the Algerian industrial enterprises through conducting a field study in FAMAG for the manufacture and installation of agricultural equipment as a model for these enterprises.

In order to collect all the information and data available and necessary to address the problem of research and to validate the hypothesis, the study required the use of many references in the form of books and university memos and magazines, in addition to the method of personal interviews and surveys as basic tools for collecting field information.

The study concluded that globalization can impose challenges on the activity of the Algerian industrial enterprises because of the sharp competition and the decline of the role of the state, but it is at the same time a phenomenon that carries with it a set of advantages that may be exploited by these enterprises, we are keen to keep pace with changes by adopting methods of manufacturing and sophisticated technologies in trying to update its products.

As well as expansion of investment and renewal of production workshops in line with new developments, which contribute to increase profitability and improve its performance and ensure its survival, continuity and development.
