Despite the fact that the media legislation in Algeria provides for credibility, accuracy and objectivity in the publication of news through the media, and despite the many legal texts that are found, from the first media law in Algeria's independant history in 1982 to the organic media law of 2012, which is currently adopted through the following articles: 83-84-85-86-87-88-89, However reality is another thing that is drawn by the fact that several media institutions are trapped in the "news story" trap, given the rapid flow of information resulting from the rapid development of information and communication technologies, as well as the competition between these institutions on the press front.
