The article aimes at researching the issue of cultural diffusion through traditional media and modern communication technologies represented by the Internet and its various applications, as well as mobile technology and the impact of this communication system on the cultural identity of the Algerian society, by trying to reveal the extent to which it shapes the values of individuals and guides their tastes and behaviors in the context of the globalization of culture, according to a single cultural and cultural model This article ends up to monitor those reflections and changes that affected the cultural identity of the Algerian individual such as language, customs, traditions and consumer values
