Abstract EN

This paper aims to analyze the citizen journalism concept with both the international acception as in the Algerian experience.

This first target requires an historical and philosophical review inspiring its content from the main theorical conceptions of the medias like the authoritarian theorie, liberal and theorie of social responsibility.

From the other hand, the Algerian public space has known a variety and several of web sites specializing in citizen journalism, which lead us to discuss in this paper through a content analyze of some websites among the citizen journalism.
