عملت الدولة الجزائرية على تحسين مناخ الاستثمار و توفير سوق تنافسية شفافة و نزيهة يتساوى فيها جميع المتعاملين الاقتصاديين من خلال الإصلاحات القانونية المرافقة للإصلاحات الاقتصادية.
تعتبر مساواة المستثمرين أمام المعلومة أمر ضروري لترشيد قراراتهم الاستثمارية كما تساهم في تعزيز ثقة المستثمر في السوق و حماية المساهمين في الشركة قبل و بعد قيدها في البورصة
Abstract EN
The Algerian state has worked to improve the investment climate and to provide a competitive, transparent and fair market in which all economic dealers are equal, through legal reforms accompanying the economic reforms.
Investor's equality in front of information is essential to rationalize their investment decisions.
It also contributes to enhancing investor confidence in the market and protecting shareholders in the company before and after its listing on the stock exchange.
