In recent years, the small and medium-enterprises sector has an important position in many economies, after it has proven its ability to achieve a significant contribution to the growth rate and its quality, and because of its great importance in the development of the national economy, but to achieve this, it requires significant structural and financial support, because it is classified among the fragile investments in its early years, as it finds itself in urgent need of support, more than any other sectors in order to achieve its goals, and experience has shown this in many countries.

The Algeria's economy, like other economies that developed many reforms in order to face their economic difficulties, gave a great importance to this sector as part of a reforms package, but it remained unable to achieve this, which made the authorities compelled in one way or another to provide support and support through new legislative amendments, Whether directly through its directive laws or indirectly through the texts regulating the public service, the "Public Procurement Law".

Model of the study where the aim is to highlight the role of this law in supporting the small and medium enterprises sector and its effectiveness.
