Abstract EN

The purpose of this study consists in elucidating the legal system of the electronic notarial deed drawn-up by a notary public to formalize it, by tackling the main conditions governing its drafting, whether related with the notary public or the structure of the deed which is made on the basis of an electronic medium, in the attendance of the two contracting parties or remotely if one of them is ent, and by focusing on the legal texts related with the electronic signature and legalization, how to preserve these deeds, and highlighting the extent of authenticity of evidence of the electronic notarial deed.
