This research revolves around the legal protection of agricultural property under the real estate directive law by highlighting the most important forms of damage to agricultural property on the one hand and legal mechanisms to protect it on the other, which is mainly embodied in the intervention of the state with its privileges of public authority through its administrative organs, represented by the committee to prove the non-exploitation of agricultural land and the National Office of Agricultural Land, which the law has given it very broad powers when it is proven that there is no actual exploitation of agricultural property or the existence of excesses leading to damage to it.

This is subject to severe sanctions and sanctions amounting to expropriation.
