Abstract EN

The current research aims to determine the level of mathematics teachers ’mastery of effective teaching skills and its relationship to the educational qualification.

The sample of (70) teachers and a school was identified, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire that included (3) fields are (planning, implementation, evaluation), and after confirming the validity of the tool and its stability, and determining the criterion of mastery, a questionnaire was prepared by reviewing the literature and some previous studies related to the topic of identification Degrees of cutting, the arbitrators agreed that the degree of proficiency should be (70%), as the teacher is considered perfect if he reaches it.

The researcher applied it to the members of the research sample using direct observation method.

The researcher used statistical means appropriate to the nature of her research.

The results showed that the level of mastery of male and female teachers in mathematics was not at the required level
