The world has witnessed an increasing growth in the number of drones, due to the increasing use of them.

In view of this, many countries have issued decisions and laws regulating the use of airspace by these drones, and have specified the conditions for their licensing, operating controls and the eligibility of persons benefiting from them.

In spite of the tasks accomplished by these drones and the distinctive characteristics that characterize them, many legal problems are a result of the damage caused by their use when they fly in the airspace as they affectthe course of the general aviation path, as well as may cause damages to many people on the surface of the earth, so it was necessary to face these risks through legal means and determining responsibility for things to redress the harm caused.
