Abstract EN

The study seeks to examine the phenomenon of corruption in Algeria, as it has spread widely and affected vital and influential joints in the country, as it negatively affects development paths, as it threatens community security and peace, although Algeria has put in place many mechanisms and devices to combat corruption while trying to improve laws and activate the role Oversight, enhancing transparency and accountability .This study aims to highlight the strategy adopted in Algeria to prevent corruption, and then evaluate the extent of its activities, and focus on highlighting the most important reasons for the inability of these agencies and the total noncompliance with the application of anti-corruption laws and legislation.

And the absence of a strong legal system based on effective reform policies within the legislative, regulatory and legal dimensions.

And how to adopting new reform strategies and how to improve the effectiveness of the performance of institutions in charge of control corruption, with the need to enact strong laws anticorruption in the legislative and judicial field.
