In this scope, the Algerian legislator has assumed green mechanisms in support of the work of small and medium enterprises, whether it comes to the central level of ministries or at the local level, as is the case for the handling and partnership exchanges as one of the most important centers for support and promotion of the activity of small and medium enterprises, and he adopted what Known as the environmental rehabilitation of these institutions, this process seeks to rehabilitate institutions and help them to produce environmentally friendly materials and services in vital sectors that intensify international competition.
