The spread of the epidemic of the Corona virus-COVID 19-is the major challenge that Algeria and the whole world are experiencing, with its serious danger and its accelerated infection, which requires a rapid and effective medical confrontation, in addition a legal conformity and binding administrative procedures for all, which limit its spread and make the health and safety of society a priority.

One of the most important tasks and obligations required by the situation is the imposition of certain measures and procedures incumbent on the patient, such as medical quarantine and compulsory hospitalization, in order to refrain him from all contact with others.

If the patient violates these obligations intentionally or by mistake, he is criminally responsible.
