Publication of administrative judicial rulings is a vital issue that derives its basis from the constitutional principle that was obliged to be pronounced in a publicly trial, so its publication complements this principle, and it falls under the negative aspect to the right of access information, which requires access without the need for any action or request, and has importance at various legislative, judicial, jurisprudential, and academic levels based on the diligent role of the administrative judge, and this is what embarrasses the administration and makes it seeks to improve its image through the process of the corresponding implementation of the provisions, and bypassing the usual sensitivity of management towards criticism that they experience due to the problem of the administration's non-implementation of the judicial decisions.

The publication also enables the administration to be expected to act in the face of future judiciary rulings and decisions in a specific area, which gives the litigant the priority to choose the appropriate mechanism to urge the administration to implement.
