the protection established by Algerian legislation for children from the dangers of social networks, the danger resulting from their misuse of these sites, which are considered a suitable space and activity for criminals, this protection within the international conventions ratified by the algerian state, and embodied in the penal law and the child protection law and information and communication technology law, compared to some arab and western legislations, with a clarification of the procedural criminal protection developed to address information crime by establishing the forensic evidence.
