The different commercial transactions were traditionally carried out by the consumers, which was accompanied by legal texts in the countries of the world, but nowadays, there are other ways to carry out such transactions, they are electronically done.

Thus, some legal problems of these new tools must be treated.

Through this article, we will try to discuss the most important legal problems posed by these transactions.
