Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the competence extent of intergovernmental organizations, civil society organizations and other international non-governmental organizations to combat Algerian corruption crimes.

It concluded three results; the first one was the competence lack of the United Nations Organization, Economic Cooperation and Development Organization, International Financial Action Task Force, World Trade Organization and International Transparency Organization to combat Algerian corruption crimes.

The second result was the competence of the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol), the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund to combat these crimes, as a result of Algeria's accession to the agreements establishing these organizations on the one hand, and its cooperation with Algeria on the other hand.

The third result was the competence of civil societies, trade and professional unions, written or audiovisual media, and political parties to raise awareness of the corruption dangers, or to confront spoilers before the judiciary.
