The 2016 constitutional amendment defined a kind of dedication and promotion of rights and freedoms in support of democracy and the rule of law, which highlights the constitutional institution's interest in it through sponsorship and the adoption of the necessary guarantees to protect it, referring to the legislation to regulate it and to indicate the conditions of its exercise as not olute.

It is limited by controls and this protects the freedom of the individual so as not to be violated by others or to interfere with the rights of others or constitute a breach of public order, in order to achieve equality for all in the enjoyment of rights and freedoms and to balance the public interest with the private interest.

Abolition is the protector of freedom.
