This means that there is storng relationship and mutual effect between the devlopment of stock markets and the diversity of products used.

And that the modernization of securities took a large dimension in international financial markets, These products are no longer confined to traditional instruments, as financial engineering has developed new products, known as derivatives, In order to provide sufficient liquidity to the increasing investment projects, in addition to reducing the size of investment risks, by distributing them to multiple parties, which actually allowed the increase in the dynamics of the stock markets and their development, despite the severe global financial markets experienced crises after the emergence of these products.

Thus, we will try through this research document to determine the reality of these new financial products, and to examine whether they were regulated by the Algerian legislator.
