The public functional has an undisputed importance, whether at the organizational level or the level of services provided, consider the employee as the first point of contact with the citizen, establishing professional ethics and develop it in the employee conscience and behavior , and solutions to obstacles to their application; in Ordinance 06-03, the legislator determined a set of professional ethics to be observed by the employee to contribute providing a quality public service that lives up to the aspirations and concerns of the citizen, therefore, this article seeks to identify professional ethics concept and its sources, with exposure to professional ethics that defined by the Public Employment Law, and turn to the most important means that promote this ethics and study the future of ethics and its challenges in the organization in the light of these articles.
