Abstract EN

It is required in marriage to be a cause of inheritance, to be a righteous marriage, and the relation is still being between spouses when one passed away.

These two conditions raise many issues; in the conditions of true marriage, and of inheritage in the untrue marriage, in addition to cases of keeping up the marriage verbally after the split, and what'd go around such as legal retirement( the Idda) and divorce.

These issues appear strongly in the Algerian Family Law, that hasn't improve so many cases, stating only general and mysterious laws that don't fit in, and the aim of this research is to shed light on these issues, and to show the lack aspects in the inheritage laws around these points.
