15/02, which includes the amendment of the Code of Criminal Procedure, focuses on finding alternatives to the criminal case, in order to alleviate the burden of cases and the length of proceedings, thus shortening the time and accelerating the pace of the criminal justice system.

Mediation is aimed at reconciling the parties to the conflict without the need to resort to criminal follow-up, and the immediate appearance applied in misdemeanors is an exceptional procedure that puts an end to the criminal dispute in a simple and expeditious manner away from the ordinary trial.

The penal procedure is no different in its objectives than its predecessors.

Cairo's case is set out without trial and the parties' right to object is preserved.

However, the practical application of these new procedures raises some problems that can be avoided by bridging the gaps and supplementing the lack of organization These Procedure are what we are trying to explain.
