Investing in Waqf properties has become one of the major assets that contribute to the realization of a profitable economy and the promotion of multidisciplinary development, where the Algerian Sharia sets the conditions and methods of operating Waqf properties from large, continuous and permanent properties.

Their usefulness is no longer limited, as before, to the party in whose favor it is suspended.

The legislator therefore attempted to work on the valuation of these assets and to profit from them in the service of the public interest of the state and the private interests of the members of the community by relying on the facilitation of this process.
