And as long as the engagement is a stage for acquaintance and consultation, during which gifts are often exchanged between the two betrothed, and the betrothed may offer his betrothed some of the dowry or all of it in preparation for marriage, but this engagement may end by one of the parties, which may cause harm to the other party, whose eligibility for compensation is confirmed.
