The ILO is the first specialized agency associated with the United Nations and seeks to achieve social justice through its labor and social activities.

The field of labor protection is one of the most active issues of human rights protection in view of the multiple constituents of the International Labor Organization, including representatives of governments, employers' representatives and the conflict of interests of each party with those of others.
