The public trainee enjoys a set of professional, social, administrative and even political rights recognized by both the constitutional founder and the Algerian legislator by running for public office under a set of laws relating to the exercise of public office.

These rights are also surrounded by a set of safeguards for the protection, proper functioning and performance of the legal, personal and social status of those liable to any administrative attack that violates these constitutionally and even internationally recognized rights.

Administrative grievance and access to the administrative judiciary are among the most important safeguards that have strengthened the protection of the rights of the learner when the law allows him to express injustice or infringe on those rights, which are not always ignorant of the will or ignored.

The function of the law is only to protect rights and freedoms.
